Guidelines for Returns and Refunds
If the buyer contacts the seller within 14 days of the delivery date, they can return the item for a refund or swap it for another item. Oasis Creations will process the refund using the same method the buyer used to pay for the item.

Inside the United States, there are no shipping fees for most orders. (Large orders, such as by pallet will require additional shipping cost.)

When can I expect delivery of the order I just placed?
When you place an order with Oasis Creations, we'll try to get it dispatched to you as soon as possible. In general, we process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). And the transit time is 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday). If your shipment has not arrived within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your complete name and order number.
Can I change an incorrect address or other details that I entered?

Retain the tag, box, and anything else that came with the item. You can exchange your defective item for a brand new one, get a discount, or get a full refund. If you don't like our solutions, you'll have to return the item(s) on your own to receive your money back. You will receive any money owed to you in the same manner in which it was initially transferred.
