Which countries do you offer product shipping?
Currently, Oasis Creations only offers free shipping within the United States (working days are Monday through Friday). For international orders, please contact us directly via email info@oasis-creations.com.

How much does shipping cost? 
Inside the United States, there are no shipping fees for most orders. (Large orders, such as by pallet will require additional shipping cost.) 

How does delivery work for several items?
Items you purchase may or may not be shipped in one box. 

Which payment options are accepted in your store?
All transactions must be made with a valid credit card or debit card in US dollars (USD). We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and PayPal.

I'm worried about the safety of my payment information, how safe is it to shop here?
Using a credit card to make an online transaction requires entering sensitive information into an SSL-protected website. The order information is then encrypted with SSL and sent to the secure network of the credit card company for final approval. Oasis Creations does not keep any credit card details on their servers.

When can I expect delivery of the order I just placed?
When you place an order with Oasis Creations, we'll try to get it dispatched to you as soon as possible. In general, we process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). And the transit time is 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday). If your shipment has not arrived within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@oasis-creations.com with your complete name and order number.

Can I change an incorrect address or other details that I entered?
To update your shipping information, please contact us at info@oasis-creations.com or +1-818-643-1748. The changes need to be made prior to your order being processed.

Will I be able to return my purchase if I find that it does not meet my expectations? If something does go wrong, then what?
Please let us know within 48 hours if you get a damaged item, find that some items are missing from your shipment, or if a purchased item does not meet your expectations. Retain the tag, box, and anything else that came with the item. You can exchange your defective item for a brand new one, get a discount, or get a full refund. If you don't like our solutions, you'll have to return the item(s) on your own to receive your money back. You will receive any money owed to you in the same manner in which it was initially transferred.

I'd like to cancel my order, if that's possible.
After you purchase any products from us, it will take 48 hours to process them. You can cancel your order without penalty as long as you do so within 24 hours. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee if you cancel your order later than 24 hours or after it has been shipped.
