To which countries do you offer product shipping?
Currently, Oasis Creations only offers shipping within the United States (working days are Monday through Friday).
How much does shipping cost? Is there a fee to join your site?
Inside the United States, there are no shipping fees for any orders. And Oasis Creations doesn't charge any fees for membership.
Can you tell me how I can get orders for several items?
Each item you purchase will be shipped to you separately (in most cases).
What payment options are accepted in your store?
All transactions must be made with a valid credit card or debit card in US dollars (USD). We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and PayPal
I'm worried about the safety of my payment information, how safe is it to shop here?
Using a credit card to make an online transaction requires entering sensitive information into an SSL-protected website. The order information is then encrypted with SSL and sent to the secure network of the credit card company for final approval. Oasis Creations does not keep any credit card details on their servers.
When can I expect delivery of the order I just placed?
When you place an order with Oasis Creations, we'll try to get it dispatched to you as soon as possible. In general, we process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). And the transit time is 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday). If your shipment has not arrived within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your complete name and order number.
Can I change an incorrect address or other details that I entered?
To update your mailing information, please contact us at email@example.com or +1-818-643-1748. Whether it's an email address, a name, or an actual street address, we can make the adjustment for you.
Will I be able to return my purchase if I find that it does not meet my expectations? If something does go wrong, then what?
Please let us know within 48 hours if you get a damaged item, find that some items are missing from your shipment, or if a purchased item does not meet your expectations. Retain the tag, box, and anything else that came with the item. You can exchange your defective item for a brand new one, get a discount, or get a full refund. If you don't like our solutions, you'll have to return the item(s) on your own to receive your money back. You will receive any money owed to you in the same manner in which it was initially transferred.
I'd like to cancel my order, if that's possible.
You will have three hours from the time you get your order confirmation to make any changes or cancel the order. Please call +1-818-643-1748 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to get the needed changes made right away. If your package arrives before the changes have been made, you can return any unopened items and get a full refund.
