Shipping policy

Orders from the United States are covered by this policy. This policy was written to make sure you understand our shipping guidelines and procedures. You agree to these terms and conditions by placing an order with our store.

At the moment, Oasis Creations only offers shipping within the United States. We hope to add more countries to our list of shipping destinations in the near future.

Shipping Fees and Taxes

• Inside the United States, there are no shipping fees for any orders (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam).
• The numbers and totals are presented in US dollars (USD).
• All prices include tax
• There are no membership fees at all.

HAWAII, PUERTO RICO and GUAM

• If placing an order to be shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Guam, your order will be processed without shipping charges. A customer service representative will contact you once we receive your order to notify you of additional shipping charges that need to be covered prior to shipping out your order. 
• Please note your order will only be finalized and processed once you agree and pay the necessary shipping charges. 

Transit, Processing, and Order Cut-Off Time

The handling time or order processing time is measured from the moment an order is placed until the package is packed and ready for dispatch (handed off to the carrier).

• We process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Order cut-off will be at 3:00 p.m. (GMT-06:00). Pacific Standard Time

That means if your order is placed after the cutoff time (3 p.m.), it will be processed the following business day.

Transit time refers to the amount of time it takes for a carrier to transport an item from a supplier to a customer.

• Transit time will be 5-8 business days (Monday–Friday).

Delivery Terms
We use USPS, FedEx and UPS to deliver our products.

Payment Method
Oasis Creations accepts several payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and PayPal.
Oasis Creations payment system has 128-bit SSL security encryption. You can see if the transaction is secure if you see a lock icon at the bottom right of your web browser.

Order Status Check
Your order's tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it ships. Delivery confirmation will be emailed within 48 hours.
Please contact us at info@oasis-creations.com with your full name and order number if your shipment has not arrived within 8 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email.

Transfer of Residence

Once an order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed. Within 48 hours of placing your order, please email us at info@oasis-creations.com or give us a call at +1-818-643-1748 if you need to alter the delivery address.

Several Locations
We are unable to send to more than one address per order. Please place separate orders for shipping to different locations. Please contact us at info@oasis-creations.com if you have any questions.

Incorrect Address
Suppose the item we shipped is returned to us because you entered an incorrect mailing address during checkout. In that case, you will be responsible for paying all additional shipping charges associated with re-delivering the product to you.

Cancellations
After you purchase any products from us, it will take 48 hours to process them. You can cancel your order without penalty as long as you do so within 48 hours. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee if you cancel your order later than 48 hours or after it has been shipped.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
 It is possible to return an item for a refund or exchange it for a new one if it arrives damaged or in a damaged box. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is something wrong with it or if you got something you didn't order from us. What if I'm not home?
If your delivery was attempted while you were not home, please contact customer service for further procedures.
