If a customer gets an item that is broken or missing, it is the seller's responsibility to give them a refund. Return and Refund Policy
If the buyer contacts the seller within 14 days of getting the item, the seller must either exchange the item or give the buyer a full refund. We will process the refund using the same method you used to pay for the item.
Please notify us within 48 hours if your shipment arrives damaged. Even if, upon opening your package, you find an item or products are missing. Don't forget to keep the product's packaging, including tags. If the item arrives damaged or missing, the packaging can be used as evidence to file a claim.
Photos or videos showing the damage must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after receiving the order, and the invoice should be presented as evidence of purchase.
Returns must be in perfect condition; items shouldn't show any signs of use, damage after being received, damage during installation (especially with items from the Dispensers category, which includes bathroom accessories), or signs of being washed with any liquid.

When a consumer gets an order confirmation, they have three hours to change or cancel the transaction. If a customer gets their order before the changes are made, they can return any unopened items and get their money back.
