Definitions

Payment
All payments are due upon completion of an order. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order will not be placed for the products, and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits ownership of any items due to non-payment.

How do I know my payment transaction is secure?
We ensure that every credit card transaction occurs in a secure environment. Oasis Creations payment system has 128-bit SSL security encryption. You can see if the transaction is secure if you see a lock icon at the bottom right of your web browser. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete. Rather, it is submitted directly to our banks. You can rest assured that with each purchase, your credit card or bank account information will be secure.

Shipping Policy
Currently, Oasis Creations only offers free delivery within the US. When a customer places an order through the website, Oasis Creations works to get it out the door as soon as possible. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). And the expected transit time is 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday). The final call for orders will be at 5:00 p.m. (GMT-08:00). If a customer gets an item that is broken or missing, it is the seller's responsibility to give them a refund. The seller will do whatever it takes to ensure the safety of the goods or services the customer has bought. All taxes are included in the prices on Oasis Creations, and there is no cost to become a member.
Your order's tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it ships. Delivery confirmation will be emailed within 48 hours.

Return and Refund Policy
If the buyer contacts the seller within 14 days of getting the item, the seller must either exchange the item or give the buyer a full refund. We will process the refund using the same method you used to pay for the item.
Please notify us within 48 hours if your shipment arrives damaged. Even if, upon opening your package, you find an item or products are missing. Don't forget to keep the product's packaging, including tags. If the item arrives damaged or missing, the packaging can be used as evidence to file a claim.
Photos or videos showing the damage must be sent to info@oasis-creations.com as soon as possible after receiving the order, and the invoice should be presented as evidence of purchase.
Returns must be in perfect condition; items shouldn't show any signs of use, damage after being received, damage during installation (especially with items from the Dispensers category, which includes bathroom accessories), or signs of being washed with any liquid.

Cancellation
When a consumer gets an order confirmation, they have three hours to change or cancel the transaction. If the buyer calls the seller at +1-818-643-1748 or sends an email to info@oasis-creations.com, Oasis Creations will make the changes quickly. If a customer gets their order before the changes are made, they can return any unopened items and get their money back.

Legalities
After the buyer receives the products or services, the seller is not responsible for any health or safety risks. The seller disclaims all liability for any harm that results from the buyer's purchase of the goods.
